'Thursday' is an exploration of a woman's contemplative state. Through bold lines, vibrant colours, and sharp shapes, I aimed to convey the intricate layers of her emotional state and the complexity of her inner thoughts. As the woman gazes into the abyss of her psyche, her expression evokes a sense of introspection coupled with the longing for a change of pace.
'Thursday' depicts a commentary on the human condition. Through my abstract and geometric expression, I aim to raise awareness of the importance of mental health and self-care. By inviting the viewer to reflect on their own experiences with mental health and its impact on their lives, I hope to inspire a sense of empathy and understanding of self reflection and vulnerability.
