Shipping
The Process:
After we receive your order, each piece is carefully and safely hand wrapped and packaged by Gina. Please allow 2-3 days for packaging and processing of your new artwork.
Once purchased, packaged and sent, you will receive tracking details via email.
Please ensure name and address details are correct when the order is placed. Please make sure if the delivery address is a business to include the business name. If a mistype or mistake does occur, don’t hesitate to contact us asap (it happens to the best of us!) and we’ll be sure to correct it before your artwork is sent.
A phone number must be provided in the event that the courier requires to contact you if there are any issues with delivery. If a phone number is not provided, we cannot be responsible for an undelivered shipment to the wrong address.
Each package requires a signature on delivery. If you request an ‘authority to leave’ we are not responsible for any damage, loss or theft of your package.
All original artwork is dispatched from Gina Ward Art, based in Kangaroo Point, 4169, QLD, Australia.
All artwork shipped within Australia is free! If you require a piece urgently, please reach out to us via email to prioritise your artwork and to organise express postage.
International Shipping to most countries is additional AU$100. I actively work with postal companies and couriers to provide you with the most competitive and affordable rate. Please contact me via email for a quote or enquiry if your country is not included when you check out. For orders AU$3000 and over, shipping is free. Use code: INPOST at the checkout.
Damages and Returns:
I personally take a considerable amount of care and preparation when packaging your artwork to avoid any damage. However, if the untoward does occur there are steps to ensure the process is dealt with smoothly.
If an order is damaged in transit, Gina Ward Art will refund and process the returns claim via the courier.
For this refund to occur and be processed, please document and take digital photographs of the original packaging ( 1. exterior box, 2. unpacked artwork with the bubble wrap and 3. artwork once completely unwrapped) and email us within 24hours of delivery. Damaged Returns Claims must be submitted within 24 hours (1 day) of receiving the damaged parcel. Unfortunately any time after this will not be considered due to courier damage policies.
Please forward all Return Claims to: ginawardart@gmail.com. Please include the order number and collector name.
If the artwork was received via Australia Post, you must take the damaged item, including the box and packaging into your local Australia Post Office and lodge a damage parcel claim directly with them. Please also forward the lodged Return Claims to: ginawardart@gmail.com. Please include the order number, collector name, and any associated reference numbers.
Feel free to contact us directly first, and we can work through the process together if that is easier for you. We want this process to be as less stressful as possible!
If the above shipping criteria is not met (including supplying a phone number and giving authority to leave), Gina Ward Art does not take responsibility or cannot be held responsible for any lost or damaged artwork and/or product.
Change of mind returns and exchanges are available. The return shipping cost will lay with the collector. Return process must be started within 3 days of receiving.
